🌸 HOW ARE ORDER PROCESSED?

We're all about being eco-friendly and making sure your order is super special. Here's the scoop: Every product you order is printed just for you as soon as we receive your order. This helps us cut down on waste and be kind to our planet. So, when you order something from us, know that it's made especially for you with lots of care.

🌸 HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to make sure it's perfect. That's why processing usually takes about 3-5 business days after we receive your order. During this time, we're making sure everything is just right before it heads your way.

🌸 WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY ORDER IS PROCESSED

Once your order is all set and ready to go, we pack it up with care and send it off on its journey to you! The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on where you are located and a few other factors. But don't worry, we'll send you a tracking information as soon as we ship your order.

🌸 WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS?

If you decide to treat yourself or your loved ones to more than one item (which is totally awesome, by the way!), they might hop on different delivery trucks. That's because we want to get them to you as soon as they're all set and ready to go. So, don't be surprised if you get separate packages – it's all about getting your goodies to you pronto!

🌸 CAN YOU GUARANTEE SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES, ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS?

We want nothing more than to make sure you receive your goodies right on time, especially during those special holiday seasons. However, we have to be upfront – there are some things beyond our control, like shipping delays that can pop up unexpectedly. So, while we can't guarantee an exact delivery date, we'll always give it our all to get your order to you as swiftly as we can!

🌸 IF AN ORDER IS MARKED “UNDELIVERABLE”

If the delivery address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once it arrives, the order will be reshipped pending the customer paying the shipping costs in full.

🌸 MY ORDER TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT PACKAGE IS MISSING

If tracking of an Order states that it has been delivered, yet the customer reports it as not received, the first step is to contact the local post office (only customers can do this according to privacy laws) and check with neighbors. Very often, packages marked as delivered, are indeed delivered on the following days, so we recommend waiting a couple of extra BUSINESS days. The next step is to contact the seller. However, such cases will be individually investigated by our support team.

Stolen packages: Cases of theft should be addressed by filing a police report and are not eligible to be refunded or replaced.

🌸 IF AN ORDER IS LOST

If it seems that your order has been lost in the mail, we ask that you allow 7 extra days for your order to arrive, just in case it has been backed up in a sort facility. If after 7 days your tracking does not update/your order does not arrive, we will work with you toward issuing a refund or sending out a replacement order.

🌸 IF AN ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE BY THE EXPECTED DATE

Please know that we cannot guarantee arrival by date. At the time of the order, you receive an ESTIMATED delivery date based on your zip-code. Once the package is in the carrier's hands, the seller has no control over transit and delivery. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you toward a solution.

🌸 WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM

We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 5 days from the delivery date so that we can fix your order ASAP. We can offer a replacement or refund as long as the customer provides proof of what happened (for example, videos, pictures, or notification from the local post office that the item has been damaged).

🌸 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Due to the nature of our products, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please be aware of our policies before making a purchase and contact us directly if you have any concerns before making a purchase. We are happy to help answer any questions you may
have!

🌸 GIFT WRAPPING AND GIFT MESSAGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messaging for our products at this time. I will be happy to provide a digital card that you can print and mail to your loved one.

🌸 PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Because our products are created just for you soon after you complete your purchase, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to ship. Orders within the USA are shipped via DHL and/or UPS ground and have an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days depending on your location. This does not include the time it takes for us to process your order (3-5 business days), and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed- as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc). For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by the designed carrier.
